Caregiver Jobs Across South Carolina
Join a home care team that values caregivers, supports families, and gives you meaningful work close to home.
Why Caregivers Choose From The Heart Home Care
We don't just hire caregivers — we invest in them. From The Heart Home Care, LLC was founded in 2018 to do home care differently: real support for our caregivers, real flexibility around your life, and real appreciation for the work you do every day. Our team is made up of experienced, compassionate people who've chosen this field because they genuinely want to help — and we make sure that choice is rewarded.
If you're looking for a caregiving job where you're treated like a valued team member instead of a number, you're in the right place.
Flexible Shifts That Work Around Your Life
We're available 24/7, which means our shift options are too. Choose from long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts, or transportation shifts — whatever fits your schedule and your life outside of work. We're growing constantly, so new shifts open up often, giving you the flexibility to build a schedule that actually works for you.
Multiple South Carolina Locations
We serve communities across the Upstate and beyond, including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Beaufort, Greenwood, Charleston, Columbia, Sumter, Kingstree, and the surrounding areas. Wherever you're based, there's a good chance we have clients near you — meaning less commute time and more time doing the work you care about.
Supportive Office Teams
Caregiving can be demanding, which is why we make sure you're never on your own. Our office staff are here to answer questions, solve problems, and support you every step of the way. We're fully bonded and insured, and we treat our caregivers the way we'd want our own family members to be treated at work.
Training and Appreciation
We're an award-winning home care agency, and we believe that starts with how we treat our team. Caregivers with us get access to extended education and training opportunities to keep building their skills, plus appreciation events and prizes throughout the year. After qualifying, you're also eligible for health insurance — because taking care of the people who take care of others matters to us.
Meaningful Work
This is more than a job. Every shift, you're helping someone stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home — whether that's helping with mobility, preparing a meal, or simply being a friendly, supportive presence in someone's day. It's demanding work, but it's also some of the most rewarding work there is, and our clients and their families notice the difference.
